Ordering & Shipping Information

Ordering online is easy and secure. Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail, which will notify you of the shipping date for your order and any necessary adjustments (such as out-of-stock items). Shipping charges are determined by the method of shipment and the weight, with the following minimum charges:

If you prefer to pay by check or money order rather than a credit card, you may print out the Order Form, fill it out and mail it to us, or fax it to 541-535-2113. Please use the shipping information on the order form to calculate your shipping charges.
We ship via UPS and USPS, so we MUST have a street address for all orders; an alternate address may be given for other mailings. We try to ship all orders as soon as possible, weather permitting, unless you give us a desired shipping date in the comments box of your online order form. All orders received in the summer months will be shipped in autumn, as we have very hot summers here, and we simply will not pack a living plant in a box at this sweltering time. Shipments to the West Coast, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and the Gulf Coast can be made throughout the winter months, but beginning around mid-October, we withhold shipment to northern states until spring. Customers who order from the website will automatically receive future mailings, unless you request otherwise.
