If you are placing a credit card order, we encourage you to place your order online, or by faxing the filled order form to the number above. Please understand that we are not normally in the office to accept telephone orders except on Monday and Tuesday. If placing a telephone order is your only option, please leave a message, clearly stating a return telephone number, and someone will return your call when possible.
