H3 in. x W12 in. This rare plant from the North Cascades forms a rock-hugging mat over time, with small, grey-green leaves and flowers similar to the preceding. Another true alpine in need of gritty soil with a few hands full of oyster added to the mix. Looks especially nice spilling from a trough, as in its cliff-dwelling habitat. Hardy to Zone 6.
