H12 in. x W12 in. This outstanding rockery plant from Turkish mountains is a hardy relative of the ubiquitous windowsill "geraniums". It requires excellent drainage in rich, gritty soil to grow and flower well. Foot-tall stems hold showy umbels of showy, magenta-pink flowers with deep pink veining. Careful watering in summer preserves the low dome of scalloped foliage from dormancy, but a dryish rest is necessary. Hardy to Zone 6.
